CHOOSING YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT - You get to choose and customise your work environment ready for your first day. What does this mean? Well, you can choose your machine, additional monitor/s and even a chair – we want you to be comfortable in your working environment.

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS - We hold interviews remotely or at our offices in St Johns Innovation Centre and can cover expenses for traveling to our offices to attend an interview. Here is an example of our typical interview process:

  • HR Discussion - roughly 30 minutes
  • Technical Assessment, or Presentation for non-technical roles
  • Technical interview with the team - 2 hours
  • Final call - 15 minutes

After each stage of the interview process, you will hear back from us within a few days.

WHERE DO YOU WANT TO WORK - With the world forever changed after the last 2 years we have embraced remote working more than ever. Our team previously had the option to work remotely part of the week, however, we now have team members in different parts of the UK, as well as in Cambridge that choose when they want to come into the office. Please discuss your desired working location with us in your interview process.
