Green Custard is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to www.green-custard.com or other web sites which may be introduced from time to time (the Websites) and users of its software. Please read the following privacy policy to understand how we use and protect the information that you provide to us.
Unless you ask us to do so we will not contact you via email in the future to tell you about changes to this privacy policy.
When you visit or register with the Websites or use the software you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your e-mail address, name and other information as well as information about you from e-mails or letters you send to us (“Personal Information”). We may also collect information about your usage of our websites and the software (“Usage Information”).

If you subscribe to our mailing list, then we will store your email address in our database. You can request to be deleted from the database at any point in the future by contacting us.

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to certain parts of our websites and to supply our software. We will also use and analyse the Usage Information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.
In particular, we may use your Personal Information to contact you for your views on our websites and software and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the websites or our software. If you change your mind about being contacted in the future, please let us know.
The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to our staff working outside the EEA/EU.

We will not charge you for the first such request, but subsequent requests may incur an administrative charge to cover our costs.
