Fubi Ltd refers to this as the FUBI Methodology. Having previously proven the FUBI Methodology, Fubi Ltd produced a stand-alone FUBI wheel component which proved highly effective.

THE CHALLENGE

On the back of the success of the FUBI Methodology, the team at Fubi Ltd had a vision of developing a SaaS platform for their clients to be able to have direct access to their engagement methodology.

The platform would be a slick online experience allowing multiple clients, regardless of shape, size, market or location access to their proprietary methodology. Each user would have their own saved target audience queries and on-demand access to the FUBI Methodology Wheel and Inspiration Database.

The SaaS product would be known as Fubilizer or referred to as FUBI for short.

THE SOLUTION

Green Custard proposed a suitable architecture to implement the FUBI platform in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.

Consisting of robust and scalable core software technologies, taking advantage of AWS services to provide a cost optimised, reliable, resilient and scalable platform.

Utilising REST Architecture with complete separation of client-side and API code for faster initial development and future enhancements.

A Serverless back-end was designed and implemented. A cost effective solution, setting the backbone with a secure and highly scalable flexibility providing the ability to instantly increase capacity on demand as the service grows.

The stand-alone FUBI wheel component already developed by Fubi Ltd was integrated seamlessly into the new SaaS offering.

An Enterprise-grade solution was built, tested, and delivered inline with all of Fubi Ltd’s specifications.

THE IMPACT

The first iteration of Fubilizer has been a great success. It has incorporated the Fubi Methodology into a scalable SaaS product that Brian Millar (Founder) and the team at Fubi have been able to take to market. Although still a relatively new product in the market, and despite entering the market during a global pandemic, the product has exceeded initial expectations.

Within the first year the platform has attracted a wide number of companies including many household brands such as Santander.

Plans are in progress for the next iteration of Fubilizer, to introduce additional features and further extend the toolbox of this incredible SaaS concept.
