Passionate about our Customers’ Success

As an Advanced AWS Consulting Partner we share many of the same values as Amazon Web Services (AWS), not least their key Leadership Principle, ‘Customer Obsession’.

Customer Obsession is a key value of Green Custard’s. It comes from the top and filters through to every corner of the business. Both Jonathan and James, the company founding directors, are extremely passionate about ensuring our customers get true value from their engagement with us. After all, “Successful customers make for a successful business.”

It is important to us that we not only deliver on the specifications of a customer's project, but through our people, process, and services we deliver successful business outcomes that exceed customer expectations.

Customer Success at Green Custard

All Green Custard customers benefit from a designated Customer Success Manager to facilitate their overall outcomes being achieved. Our CSM’s strive to keep our customer’s vision, ethos and outcomes at the forefront of the project as it transitions through the stages of discovery, design, development, launch and into Business as Usual (BAU).

Acting as a consistent point of contact for our clients to ensure questions, concerns and updates are quickly answered, resolved and delivered. Our CSM’s have full visibility over their clients' projects at all stages to facilitate an informed customer and a successful outcome.

Taking onboard AWS’s OBAM (Outcome Based Account Management) methodology as well as Green Custards Customer Success framework, our CSMs establish clear outcomes with our customers that will determine their projects’ success.

All customers will receive a regular review with their CSM. Depending on the stage of your project this might be weekly, monthly or quarterly. Review meetings provide updates on a project at a high level in terms of success outcomes, timescale and budget. It is also a great opportunity to gather feedback and ideas from our customers. We are always open to suggestions.

Green Custard invests in Customer Success as it is extremely important to us that our clients are fully supported and their respective projects achieve the desired business outcomes.

It is also extremely important to us that we continually listen to our customers as we are passionate about continual personal development and continuous business improvement.

Communicating frequently with our customers and gathering customer feedback, comments and suggestions, enables our CSM’s to provide continuous feedback from our clients to our employees. Ensuring a consistent feedback loop from our customers to our teams means that our clients are represented in all strategic and operational business decisions.
